2 、Material quality analysis
1, fluorine
rubber: thermostable, may use in the environment of -
30℃~+250 ℃, bears the strong oxidant, bears the oil,
bears the acid and alkali.Usually uses in environment
of high temperature, high vacuum and high-pressured,
also suitable for the oil environment.Because of all
the outstanding performance, the fluorine rubber widespread
uses in some departments such as petroleum, chemical
industry, aviation, spacefight and so on;
2, silicon rubber: prominent performance of bearing
the high and low temperature, maintains excellent elasticity
in temperature of- 70℃~+260℃, and have the characteristics
of bearing ozone, weather aging and so on, suitable
for airproof gasket in thermal machinery. And can manufacture
to heat insulated and insulated rubber product and
medical rubber product for not having any toxicity.
3, Ditrile rubber: fine performance of bearing the
oil, fragrant impregnant and so on, but does not bear
the medium of alkone, ester, chlorin and so on, therefore
the oil resistant airproof product mainly applied with
ditrile rubber;
4, Neoprene rubber: good performance of bearing the
oil and impregnant, as well as chemistry medium, but
does not bear the high aromatic oil, its characteristic
is excellent performance of bearing the weather aging
and ozone aging. Usually uses the experience neoprene
rubber to manufacture the airproof bar of the windows
and doors, as well as airproof product of vacuum using.
5, three dimension second third: good performance of
bearing the heat, weather aging and ozone aging, widely
used in airproof bar of the windows and doors, as well
as in automobile industry.
6, teflon compound filling piece is a new type of airproof
